pak26 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to any User who is found to be in breach of these acceptable use provisions, without prior notice and without liability to that User.

Certain features of the pak26 Platform may require you to register an account. Where account registration is required, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify pak26 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must not create more than one account per individual User.
• pak26 may suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• Account credentials must not be transferred, sold or otherwise disposed of to another individual.

pak26 is an informational platform and does not directly process, hold or facilitate any financial deposits or payments. All deposit and payment activities are conducted directly between the User and the relevant Operator, subject to that Operator's own terms, conditions and payment processing policies.
